What age can my child start swimming lessons?
Our baby and parent lessons are suitable from a young age, helping little ones become comfortable and confident in the water early on.
Do parents get in the water during lessons?
Yes, parents or guardians join baby and parent classes in the water to help support confidence and bonding.
How long are lessons?
Most swimming lessons run for approximately 30 minutes depending on the class type and level.
How much do lessons cost?
Group lessons are currently £11 per lesson and are usually paid in 10-week blocks.
What are your class sizes?
Most lessons run with a maximum ratio of 1 teacher to 6 swimmers, helping provide more individual support.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes, we offer both 1:1 and 2:1 private swimming lessons tailored to individual goals and confidence levels.
Do you offer SEND swimming sessions?
Yes, we offer supportive SEND-friendly swimming sessions in a calm and inclusive environment.
What should swimmers bring?
Swimmers should bring swimwear, a towel and goggles if preferred. Swim hats may be required for some lessons.
Can parents watch lessons?
Yes, parents are welcome to watch lessons from the viewing area where available.
What happens if we miss a lesson?

Do you teach nervous swimmers?
Absolutely. We specialise in helping nervous swimmers build water confidence at their own pace.
